Gaetano's Young Chef's Club

Gaetano’s owner, Wendy, will teach one class each month that tie to a particular theme (usually related to the nearest holiday)
Class size is limited to 12 children, typically between 10-12 years old (call Gaetano's if you have questions about age restrictions).
Bill the Baker
Bill the Baker teaches at several cooking schools and currently teaches children and adult classes every month at DRM European Cafe and Delicatessen.
Bill begins by teaching the science of baking rather than just the recipe. Then, he gives all bakers in his class a base recipe that can be deconstructed and reconstructed to adapt the recipe to the baker's liking.
Owner, Perrine, is originally from France and is a self-taught chef, but received a certificate in child nutrition from Stanford Medicine.
Perrine runs several classes at DRM European Cafe and Delicatessen that focus on having a hands on approach in small group classes from infants to teens.
The focus is on healthy cooking and eating habits.
