PLEASE DO NOT HEAD WEST ON BEITH ROAD. Please follow directions of traffic controllers, they will guide you into the parking lot. DETAILS:  Pack up the family for an evening out to enjoy this holiday adventure! Drive by the merriest homes in St. Charles and admire the beautiful twinkling yard displays. Homes are best viewed from dusk until 10pm. View displays from your vehicle. If exiting your car, please wear a face covering and follow physical distancing guidelines of 6 feet. Be respectful and courteous to homeowners’ rights and properties.

DETAILS:  Step into an ethereal winter landscape at the Fabyan Japanese Garden this season. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through an evening light display that highlights the historic Garden in its winter splendor. Entry to this event will be timed at 15-minute intervals. Registration required.

DETAILS:  Join us for our 12th Annual Holiday Lights display, opening on Friday, November 26th and running 5:00PM-9:00PM nightly through Friday, December 31st. Holiday Lights at Mooseheart is one of Chicagoland’s largest light displays! The lighted route is approximately 1.8 miles and has more than 80 lighted displays to view.

DETAILS:  As the City of Aurora's official kick-off to the holiday season, this free family-friendly event will be filled with merry-making moments and a sleigh full of fun for the entire family. Stepping off at 6:30 p.m., Santa and Mrs. Claus will usher in the holiday season with an illuminated parade filled with reindeer, elves, special guests and other holiday favorites! Following the Parade, Santa and Mrs. Claus, along with Mayor Irvin and the newly-crowned Little Mr. and Miss Aurora, will lead the crowd in a countdown to flip the magic switch and illuminate the City's holiday tree! After the tree lighting, the downtown Aurora sky will be brightened by a grand fireworks display along the banks of the Fox River

DETAILS:  One of the largest free outdoor drive-through holiday light displays in Northern Illinois, the Aurora Festival of Lights, returns for its 15th year in 2021 with dazzling displays that will delight both adults and children. The light show begins the day after Thanksgiving, Friday Nov 26, and runs through Dec 26. Sunday through Saturday 5-9pm. Due to the demand last year, we now require a reserved time to enter the Festival of Lights. The reservation is free, please follow the link to reserve your free time slot.

DETAILS:  Several homes participate and definitely worth the visit when you leave Juniper Lane.  The houses here have teamed up to collect non-parishable food for All The People's Food Pantry in Elgin.  They are accepting monetary donations as well and that money will go towards purchasing food for the Food Pantry.

DETAILS:  This is a residential Christmas light display set to music (tune to 96.5FM). This is the third year this family is also collecting non-perishable foods for the D300 Food Pantry.



The Flosi Family Light Show will not have light shows this year for various reasons. 

We look forward to both returning to this list next year!
