RESPONSIBILITIES + TASKS

• Manage our STC Live! event throughout the summer, including communicating and booking local bands.

• Attending STC Live!, which occurs on Wednesday and Friday evenings.  Duties include coordinating band set-up, managing opening and closing of First Street, and other duties as assigned. Attendance at the event is mandatory from 5-8 p.m. on event days.

• Update and maintain STC Live! Facebook promotions and communicating said updates with the marketing team.

• Greet customers as they enter the shop and explain the unique concept. 

• Lead and assist customers through a custom scent mixing experience. 

• Interact with customers throughout their time in the store. 

• Organize and set-up store displays. 

• Store is open 5 days a week, weekend availability is a must.

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through exceptional service 

• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards 

• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.  

• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths 

• Address questions and issues that arise from Scent Consultants and customers 

• Maintain and monitor store inventory 

• Coordinate and oversee scheduling, planning, organizing, and delegating of work among Scent Consultant team members
